Welcome to Miami Elite Massage. By requesting, scheduling, or booking any of our mobile massage and wellness services at residences, hotels, yachts, or other approved locations, you (the “Client”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Service.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a reservation.

 

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By scheduling an appointment through our website, telephone, text message, WhatsApp, social media, or any other booking method, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Description and Nature of the Service

• * Professional and Therapeutic Services: All services provided by Miami Elite Massage are strictly professional and focused on massage therapy, relaxation, wellness, recovery, and related services.

• * Zero-Tolerance Policy: Any inappropriate, sexual, threatening, discriminatory, abusive, or otherwise unprofessional conduct, comments, or requests toward a therapist will result in immediate termination of the session. No refund will be issued, and the incident may be reported to the appropriate authorities when necessary.

• * Required Space: The Client is responsible for providing a safe, clean, private, and appropriate environment with sufficient space for the massage table, therapist, and necessary equipment.

• * Access to Location: The Client is responsible for ensuring that the therapist can safely and reasonably access the service location at the scheduled time.

3. Payment Methods

For your convenience, Miami Elite Massage accepts approved payment methods communicated at the time of booking, including:

•  Zelle: Payments made through Zelle must be successfully received and verified.

•  Cash: Cash payments may be made on-site as agreed at the time of booking.

•  Other Approved Payment Methods: Additional electronic or card payment methods may be offered when available.

Any remaining balance for the service must be paid according to the payment instructions provided at the time of booking.

4. Booking, Deposit, Cancellation, Rescheduling and No-Show Policy

To reserve an appointment, the following policies apply:

•  $50 Deposit: A $50 deposit is required to secure and confirm your appointment.

•  Applied Toward Service: The $50 deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the scheduled service and is not an additional charge.

•  24-Hour Cancellation or Rescheduling Notice: Any cancellation or request to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

•  Rescheduling With Proper Notice: When at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, the $50 deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment date.

•  Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the $50 deposit.

•  Late Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will also result in forfeiture of the $50 deposit.

•  No-Shows: Clients who fail to appear or are unavailable at the agreed location and scheduled time will forfeit the $50 deposit.

•  New Reservation After Late Cancellation or No-Show: A new $50 deposit will be required to secure another appointment following a late cancellation, late rescheduling request, or no-show.

•  Deposits: Except when transferred to a new appointment in accordance with the rescheduling policy above, deposits are non-refundable.

5. Client Health and Responsibility

• Medical Information: The Client is responsible for informing the therapist before the session of any relevant medical conditions, recent surgeries, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, medications, or other circumstances that could affect the safety or appropriateness of the service.

•  Changes in Health: The Client should notify the therapist of any significant change in health that occurs between booking and the appointment.

• Scope of Service: Massage and wellness services provided by Miami Elite Massage are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or replace medical care provided by a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare professional.

• Client Responsibility: Miami Elite Massage is not responsible for complications resulting from a Client’s failure to disclose relevant medical or health information.

6. Therapist Safety and Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Miami Elite Massage and its therapists reserve the right to refuse, discontinue, or terminate a service when reasonably necessary, including when:

• The therapist believes their personal safety, health, or professional boundaries may be at risk.

• The Client engages in inappropriate, abusive, threatening, sexual, or unsafe behavior.

• The location does not meet reasonable standards of safety, cleanliness, privacy, or hygiene.

• The Client appears to have a condition or circumstance that makes massage inappropriate or potentially unsafe.

When a session is terminated because of inappropriate, threatening, abusive, sexual, or unsafe conduct by the Client, no refund will be provided.

 

7. Client Property and Valuables

Clients are responsible for securing their personal belongings and valuables before and during the appointment.

Miami Elite Massage is not responsible for the loss, damage, theft, or misplacement of personal property or valuables at the location where the service is performed, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

 

8. Parking, Access and Location-Related Charges

The Client is responsible for informing Miami Elite Massage in advance of any special access requirements associated with the service location, including gated entrances, building access procedures, valet requirements, or parking restrictions.

Any parking, valet, marina, building access, or similar location-related charges should be disclosed and agreed upon before the appointment whenever reasonably possible.

9. Appointment Time and Client Delays

Clients are expected to be available and ready at the scheduled appointment time.

If a Client’s delay prevents the session from beginning on time, the session may need to end at the originally scheduled completion time in order to avoid affecting subsequent appointments. The full scheduled service price may still apply.

10. Modifications to These Terms

​

Miami Elite Massage reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated Terms and Conditions will become effective upon publication on our website unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

Clients are encouraged to review the current Terms and Conditions when making a reservation.
